Corvus Treeworks removed a large ash tree in Bath, Maine for a longtime customer. The reason for removal was a combination of poor tree structure and proximity to houses and wires. A large crack had developed between the two co-dominant leaders in the tree, clearly visible in photo 3. The tree overhung two houses, the street, and the 220 amp electrical service for both houses, so removal was chosen as the most effective way to mitigate the significant risk posed by poor tree structure and presence of numerous targets.

We utilized a crane to safely and efficiently remove the tree. The job was done in one day. We left a small pile of firewood for a friendly neighbor. The rest of the material was removed and the site left clean.
